Strength and Movement Programs

Here at G10 Academy we work to physically develop our athletes while at the same time continue to train them to perform at a high level during their sports seasons. The ultimate goal of any program we provide is to train our athletes to physically meet the demands of their sport, train them to perform at a high level, and to develop lean muscle, to protect their connective tissue, and flexibility to prevent injuries.

Who: Kids & Athletes Grades 6th -12th


Training Week Breakdown

Mon, Wed, Fri – Strength Training (strength/power training, jump training, core development)

Tues, Thurs, Sat – Movement Training (speed development, agility, speed endurance, conditioning)

Winter Session 1 – January 7th to February 2nd

(Closed on Martin Luther King Jr. Day – No Classes)

Winter Session 2 – February 4th to March 2nd


Spring Session 3 – March 4th to March 30th

(Closed the week of Spring Break – No Classes. Session is only 3 weeks. Prices will be prorated.)

Spring Session 4 – April 1st to April 29th

(Closed on Easter Monday – No Classes)
