Strength and Movement Programs

Here at G10 Academy we work to physically develop our athletes while at the same time continue to train
them to perform at a high level during their sports seasons. The ultimate goal of any program we provide is
to train our athletes to physically meet the demands of their sport. We also train them to peak at the right times,
to develop lean muscle to protect connective tissue, and increase flexibility to prevent injuries.

Training Week Breakdown

EACH TRAINING SESSION WILL INCLUDE COMPONENTS OF STRENGTH AND MOVEMENT DEVELOPMENT:

 

STRENGTH TRAINING (STRENGTH/POWER TRAINING, JUMP TRAINING, CORE DEVELOPMENT)

MOVEMENT TRAINING (SPEED DEVELOPMENT, AGILITY, SPEED ENDURANCE, CONDITIONING)
