The goal of the G10 Summer Program is to show the athletes themselves and you as parents dedicated to their dreams, how to achieve these objectives:

  • Commitment to a proven process
  • Planned and executed the proper way
  • For an extended period of time uninterrupted
  • Can physically change that athlete dramatically

Great rewards do not come without great sacrifice and we will require these athletes to experience exactly what that means.

The healthy performance of athletes will be foundational to this program. We promote adequate nutrition, hydration and sleep to complement our science-driven strength and conditioning efforts.

Athletic performance and recovery for these athletes is enhanced by attention to nutrient intake. We will develop an ideal nutrition plan for your athlete’s health and performance including identifying the right quantity, quality and proper timing of food and fluids needed to support regular training and peak performance. As training demands shift during this program, these athletes will also need to adjust their intake and distribution of essential nutrients while maintaining a properly balanced diet that supports their academic and training needs.

  • Monday to Thursday – Grades 6 to 12
  • Monday & Wednesday Only – Little Champions Grades 2 to 5
  • Monday to Friday – Next Level Athletes


  • 6:30am to 7:30am (Next Level College Athletes Only)
  • 8:00am to 9:00am (MS Males Grades 6 to 8)
  • 9:00am to 10:00am (MS Overflow Session – Need at least 10 athletes to make)
  • 10:00am to 11:00am (Female Athletes Grades 9 to 12)
  • 11:30pm to 12:30pm (Little Champions: Grades 2-5 Mon & Wed)
  • 11:30pm to 12:30pm (Pop Warner Football Prep: Grades 2-6 Tues & Thurs)
  • 12:30am to 1:30pm (Males Grades 9 to 12)
  • 1:30pm to 2:30pm (Males Grades 9 to 12)
  • 2:30pm to 3:30pm (HS Overflow Session – Need at least 10 athletes to make) (Only 20 slots available per time session)

Mandatory COVID-19 Guidelines for Summer & Fall 2020

G10 Academy will continue to offer programs during the second half of August. However, we are unable to put together a schedule of programs at this time due to lack of information regarding remote learning once school starts. As soon as a plan for the start of the new school year becomes available, we will send out more details with G10 program days, times and cost for the second half of August as well as G10 Fall program.

G10 Programs August 17th – 28th

  • All athletes will be required to wear a mask at all times inside or outside during all training sessions
  • Temperature checks will be mandatory before entering the facility
  • Athletes will be required to wash and sanitize hands before the session starts
  • Only 10 athletes will be allowed in the weight room at anytime during all sessions
  • All patrons must wear a mask and sanitize hands before entering the office
  • All G10 staff will wear masks and sanitize hands before and during every training session
